【Examples of Stirring Temperature Control Unit】 Adopted for dissolving and degassing powders and liquids.

The inside of the container can be checked through the viewing window installed on the lid! The bubbles generated during stirring are removed by reducing the pressure.

We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel stirring and temperature control unit was adopted for the dissolution and degassing of powders and liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. This unit combines a magnetic stirrer, a constant temperature water circulation device, and peripheral equipment such as pumps within a pressure vessel. Powder materials are gradually fed into the container filled with liquid from the upper eccentric hopper and stirred. The feed material is heated and temperature-controlled with warm water circulated in the jacket, mixed with the upper and lower stirrers, and the completed solution is pumped to other equipment through a tube strainer from the bottom valve of the tank. 【Case Overview】 ■ Dimensions: Inner diameter of the container φ396 × height H1680mm (when stirrer is installed) ■ Material: SUS316L ■ Capacity: 30L ■ Pressure resistance: -0.1MPa to 0.18MPa *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Easy-to-Clean Opening and Closing Lid

For stirring tanks with immersion heaters! A case where the risk of contamination during medium preparation has been reduced.

This is a custom case of a lid for a stirring tank used for culture liquid (water + powder) supplied to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The customer used a standard tapered container and a standard sealed lid as an accessory. However, since there was no opening in the lid, it was necessary to open the lid every time a submersible heater or stirrer was used, which made work difficult. Therefore, a specification for an easy-to-clean opening and closing lid was adopted. This design suppresses the scattering of powder when adding it, allowing the stirrer and submersible heater to be used without having to keep the lid open. [Issues] - The customer used a standard tapered container and a standard sealed lid as an accessory. - Since there is no inlet in the lid, the lid must be removed when adding powdered materials, causing the lid to open fully and resulting in powder scattering. - Because there is no opening in the lid, it is necessary to open the lid every time a submersible heater or stirrer is used, making work difficult. *Other cases can be viewed via "PDF Download." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
